Beef from Rocking K Farm
Rocking K Farm is a family owned farm, located 43 miles south of Atlanta in Newnan, GA. At Rocking K Farm, we are a small boutique farm that raises less than 4 steers per year for sale to individuals that are concerned about what goes into their beef and that the steers have been humanely treated their entire life.
Our ANGUS / HEREFORD / WAGYU crossed beef come from grass fed, grain finished steers and are US Department of Agriculture inspected at processing. The vision of Grass fed, Grain finished and humanely raised, is that our beef contains no added hormones or antibiotics - providing true "farm fresh and healthy" beef for your family.
Our farm-raised beef is available for individual customers in 1\4, 1\2 and full beef packages. This means with the 1\4 Package, your family would receive 25% of all the cuts available (50% with the 1\2 beef Package). Some packages can be custom cut for the thickness and amount of fat desired by your family.
The ALL NATURAL PASTURE-RAISED beef is aged 21 days for extra tender cuts. The beef is shrink wrapped that can be stored easily for 1-year in a chest freezer.
Buying FARM FRESH can tremendously upgrade the quality of beef your family eats as well as the peace of mind that the animals were raised in a humane environment.
NOTE: All package weights and number and type of beef cuts are estimated, as each steer will weigh slightly different, you will pay $\lb for the actual package based on cuts and volume.

Quarter Beef
Weight: 125-140 lbs
Ideal for families of 2-3. Includes all the high end and choice steaks, roast, stew meat and ground beef. Requires approx. 7 cu. ft. freezer space.

Half Beef
Weight: 150-280 lbs
Ideal for families of 3-4, or splitting between discerning smaller families. Includes all the high end and choice steaks, roast, stew meat and ground beef. Requires approx. 7 cu. ft. freezer space. Requires approx. 12 - 14 cu. ft. freezer space.
